Return Policy

No Returns after 15 days. There is a 20% restock fee for all returns. Used products cannot be returned. All returns must be in the original box and include all components.We will only take back new and unused items for a full refund minus the restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.

 A RGA# (Return Goods Authorization) must be included with all returns. RGA#'s can be obtained by emailing sales@portshill.com . RGA’s expire 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, software, manuals, cables, components, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included. A valid RMA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.

Any deviation from the returns process outlined above will result in a delay of your refund, an additional restocking fee, and possibly a refusal of your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. On items where shipping and handling is not billed or is free, shipping and handling charges will be approximated to 10% of the regular retail price of merchandise. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. Under no circumstances, is anyone authorized to use Portshill.com's shipping account numbers. Anyone found using the Portshill.com shipping account numbers will be prosecuted.
